I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Adams Moving and Storage for my move, and it was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. From the very beginning, there were numerous issues that made the entire process extremely stressful and disappointing. Firstly, the representative, Anthony Hernandez, set completely wrong expectations regarding the pricing and timelines. The initial quote I received was significantly lower than the final price I was charged. This blatant price manipulation felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is unacceptable for any business. Communication was another major problem. Despite calling multiple times to speak with management about my concerns, I never received any returned calls. This level of unresponsiveness is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important as a move. The delivery process was equally disappointing. I was expecting a specific delivery date, which was later changed to a vague date range, causing a lot of inconvenience and uncertainty. When my items finally arrived, it took much longer than anticipated, and several items were broken. The lack of care and professionalism shown by Adams Moving and Storage is simply unacceptable. The only part of the process that I can say was excellent was the attention to detail and care from the movers coming to pick up the items. Overall, my experience with Adams Moving and Storage, and specifically with Anthony Hernandez, was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest moving service.
